  • How much do your services cost?
    Pricing depends on the size and condition of the area. Driveways: $99–$199 Walkways & add-ons: $20–$50 Exterior soft washes: $99–$399 We also offer flat-rate maintenance packages. Ask for a free quote.
  • What is the Driveway Maintenance Package?
    It includes 3 full driveway cleanings over 14 months, scheduled in advance. One walkway rinse is included per visit. This plan saves you time and money while keeping your curb appeal sharp.
  • Are you insured?
    We currently operate as an uninsured service provider. However, we follow strict safety procedures and treat every property with extreme care and professionalism.
  • How do I know what service I need?
    If you’re unsure, just reach out! We’ll help you choose the best service based on your property type, buildup level, and budget. We also offer package options for ongoing maintenance or multiple properties.
  • How do I book a service?
    You can book through our website, social media, text, or phone. We’ll confirm your service, give you a quote, and help you select the best date and time. Package clients will be scheduled for all 3 visits within 3–5 business days after purchase.
  • Do I need to be home during the service?
    Not always. As long as we have access to water and the cleaning area, we can complete most jobs without you being present. We do ask that you: Unlock gates Move vehicles from the work area Keep pets indoors during service

When to Request a Custom Estimate Instead of Booking a Pre-Priced Package At Dev’s Power Clean, our pre-priced service packages are designed to offer fast, convenient options for standard residential cleaning jobs that fall within common size, condition, and access expectations. However, we understand that not all properties—or surfaces—are the same. To ensure accurate pricing, fair expectations, and the best results possible, we strongly recommend requesting a custom estimate if your project includes any of the following conditions: 1. Above-Average Surface Size or Complexity Your driveway, patio, or exterior space is larger than typical residential dimensions You are requesting service across multiple connected surfaces or zones The area includes multiple types of materials (e.g., brick + concrete + wood) The square footage significantly exceeds what’s listed in our flat-rate packages 2. Heavy Buildup or Specialized Stains The surface has significant oil staining, rust, algae, paint marks, or long-term buildup Mold or mildew is embedded into porous or older materials A soft wash or pretreatment may be required to achieve proper results You’re concerned about damage or surface sensitivity due to buildup severity 3. Limited Access or Structural Challenges The work area is located on a steep slope, multi-level surface, or hard-to-reach zone There are obstacles like fences, tight driveways, landscaping, or restricted water access The job requires extended hose length, special equipment positioning, or pre-cleaning debris removal The space is gated, locked, or shared (multi-family property, commercial lot, etc.) 4. Multi-Property or Commercial Projects You’re requesting service for more than one location The service area is a commercial, rental, or high-traffic space with larger surface areas You are scheduling recurring services or high-volume maintenance (fleet, multi-unit driveways, etc.) 5. Custom Service Combinations Your project includes a mix of services that aren’t covered in a single flat-rate package You’d like a custom maintenance plan built around your property’s specific needs You want to compare pricing for multiple service tiers before committing 6. First-Time Evaluation or High-Value Surface You’re unsure of the surface’s material or condition You’d like our team to assess the surface before determining the best cleaning method The area is newly installed, antique, sensitive, or requires extra care Why It Matters Booking a package for a non-standard project may result in: Inaccurate pricing Incomplete service Delays or the need for on-site adjustments Post-booking price changes or rescheduling Requesting a quote ensures complete transparency. By submitting clear photos and job details through our quote form, our team can evaluate the surface, understand your goals, and deliver a tailored estimate with confidence. This keeps your service efficient, fair, and aligned with your expectations—every time. What If You Book a Package and Additional Charges Are Required? Our goal is always to provide honest, accurate service with no surprises. That’s why our packages are designed to cover the most common job types. However, if a flat-rate package is booked and, upon arrival, we discover conditions that fall outside of standard scope, the following process applies: On-Site Assessment Before Work Begins When we arrive, we’ll inspect the area to ensure the service matches the package you selected. If the job is consistent with your booking, we’ll proceed as planned. Immediate Notification of Issues If we find that the surface is larger than expected, has heavy buildup or staining, or presents challenges not reflected in your original booking (e.g., difficult access, multi-surface cleaning, major discoloration), we will pause and notify you immediately. Transparent Adjustment Quote We’ll explain the situation clearly, provide updated pricing, and outline any additional services required. No work will begin until you’ve reviewed and approved the changes. Your Choice to Proceed or Cancel If you approve the revised quote, we’ll proceed with the adjusted service. If you choose not to move forward, we’ll cancel the job without charge—as long as no work has started. In some cases, a small service call fee may apply for significant time spent on-site. Why This Matters This policy is in place to protect both you and our technicians, ensuring the quality of work meets your expectations and reflects the actual conditions of the site. We value transparency, and we’ll never surprise you with hidden charges or perform work you didn’t agree to.
